# Vin Vomero

> Founder and CEO of FoxyAI. Biologist by training, builder by habit. vomero.build is his personal site, built as an experiment log: companies, real estate, biology, fungi, woodworking, and the occasional ocean wall, each entry written as a hypothesis, a method, and a result. Tagline: curiosity compounds.

Vin Vomero runs FoxyAI, which uses AI and computer vision to turn real estate photos into structured data. Before that he spent about a decade as a Boston real estate developer (Hodara Property Management, Forza Development, and the healthy-homes brand NeWell), and served as Chief Wellness Officer at the co-living startup Colivo. He studied biology at Boston University with a business minor. The site is organized as a selected log of experiments from 2004 to now, plus a set of experiments still running.

## Projects
- FoxyAI (https://foxyai.com): AI and computer vision for real estate. Founded 2018 after a bad appraisal on his own property. Three straight HousingWire Tech100 wins, and Vin was named a 2025 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter.
- Hericea (https://www.hericea.com): mushroom-led brain health supplements, clinically dosed. A project he backs, presented on the site without a founder title.
- Echoes of the Moon (https://echoesofthemoongame.netlify.app): a browser-based lunar colony sim he taught himself to build. A learning project, not a finished commercial game.
